The challenge
A manufacturing site several hundred miles from our own, with a security system already installed and in daily use. The requirement was not a new installation but the thing that decides whether an installation stays worth having: somebody to maintain it, and somebody to fix it when something fails.
What we did
SEG Core provides maintenance and repairs on the existing system at Coatbridge. Distance changes the logistics rather than the standard — cloud-managed platforms mean most diagnosis happens before anyone travels, and an attendance is planned around what has actually failed rather than a guess made on the phone.
The outcome
A site that stays working, and a single point of contact for it. Project work runs from a single office to a national estate; maintenance and repairs travel where the client is.
