Before you get in touch
How quickly will someone get back to me?
Within one working day, usually the same day. If it is urgent, phone — the number goes to the office, not a queue.
What happens at a site survey?
An engineer walks the building with you: sight lines, lighting, cable routes, power, door types and what your team actually needs to see. You get a written design and a fixed price. Both are free and yours to keep whether or not you use us.
We already have a CCTV company. Is it awkward to talk to you?
No, and it is confidential. Plenty of the surveys we do end with the client staying where they are and using our findings to push their current provider. That is a legitimate outcome.
How far do you travel?
UK-wide. We are based in St Albans so response into London and the surrounding counties is quickest, but our engineers work wherever the building is — Oxford, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and North Lanarkshire are all live sites.
Can you take over a system somebody else installed?
Often, yes. We will survey what is there, tell you honestly what condition it is in and what is worth keeping, and quote either ongoing management or replacement — whichever is actually justified.
