Verkada sells through partners. We’re a Verkada Gold Partner in St Albans: we survey, design, quote, install and support Verkada systems with our own engineers, and handle the licences for as long as you have them.

How it’s sold

Every Verkada system is three things

You buy the hardware, a licence for each device, and the installation. A partner brings the three together and stays with you for the life of the licence.

Hardware

Cameras, door controllers and readers, intercoms and sensors, chosen against a written schedule for your building.

  • Dome, bullet, mini, fisheye, PTZ and multisensor cameras
  • Door controllers, readers and wireless locks
  • Video intercom and environmental sensors

Licences

One per device, in a 1, 3, 5 or 10-year term. They cover Command, updates and support, and all share one expiry date.

Installation

Our own engineers, not subcontractors. Cabling, containment, power and door hardware included and certified.

Buying Verkada: straight answers

Can I buy Verkada direct from Verkada?
Verkada sells through its sales team and its partners. Its own help centre tells customers to renew “by contacting your Verkada Sales Representative or your Verkada Reseller”. In practice most UK businesses buy through a partner like us, because the partner also surveys, installs and supports the system.
Are you a Verkada distributor?
We are a Verkada Gold Partner: we supply Verkada hardware and licences through Verkada’s partner channel, and install and support them with our own engineers. If you were searching for a distributor because you want to buy Verkada in the UK, we can quote for the kit on its own or for the whole job.
What exactly am I paying for?
Three things: the hardware, a licence for each device, and the installation. The licence is bought in a 1, 3, 5 or 10-year term and covers the cloud management in Command, updates and support. Our what it costs page explains what moves each number.
Does every device need a licence?
Cameras, doors, intercoms, sensors and most other devices each take a licence. Door readers are covered by the door licence rather than needing their own. All the licences in one Command organisation share one expiry date, so you renew once, not device by device.
Can you just supply the kit for my own installer?
Yes. We’ll still check the camera and door schedule with you first, because the wrong model or licence is the most common and most expensive mistake on a Verkada order.
Can I try Verkada before I buy?
Yes. Verkada runs a 30-day trial of new hardware and software, and we can set one up and fit the kit properly on your site. See Verkada free trial.

We’re based in St Albans and work across London, Hertfordshire and the South East every week, and further afield for multi-site customers. Tell us the postcodes and we’ll say straight away.
