Already have Verkada?

Add cameras or doors, renew your licences, plan for end-of-sale kit, or move your support to an installer who answers the phone. We work on Verkada systems whoever put them in.

What we do for existing systems

Six reasons people call us

Add devices

New cameras, doors, intercoms or sensors join your existing Command organisation and share its renewal date.

Renew licences

Renewals for the whole estate on one date, priced in pounds. Verkada renewals.

Replace end-of-sale kit

Check the table below, then plan the upgrade around your renewal instead of waiting for a failure.

Take over support

If your installer has gone quiet, we can pick it up. You stay in control of Command throughout.

Command health check

Offline devices, retention, leavers still on the user list, door schedules, alerts and licences, checked and written up.

Fix faults

Cameras offline, doors not releasing, poor night images. Our engineers diagnose on site and in Command.

End-of-sale hardware

Is your model still on sale?

End-of-sale doesn’t mean end of life. Verkada supports products for ten years after end-of-sale, licences stay available to buy and renew, and licence value can move to upgraded hardware.

FAQ

Existing systems: straight answers

Can you work on a Verkada system someone else installed?
Yes. Your Command organisation belongs to you, not to the installer. Your administrator adds us as a user with the role you choose, and we can add devices, fix faults and take over support from there.
What happens when my licences expire?
Verkada’s help centre says there is a 30-day grace period. After that you lose access to Command, so you can’t view or configure anything and alerts stop, although the devices keep recording and badges keep working. Verkada emails a warning and shows a banner in Command 30 days before expiry. Our renewals desk prices renewals in pounds.
If I add cameras, do I get a second renewal date?
No. All the licences in one Command organisation share a single expiry date. Adding licences recalculates that date as a weighted average, so you still renew once.
My camera model is end-of-sale. Do I have to replace it?
No. Verkada supports products for ten years after end-of-sale, and their licences stay available to buy and renew throughout. When you do upgrade, the licence value can move to the new hardware. Renewal time is a good moment to plan it.
Can you check our system over?
Yes. A Command health check looks at offline devices, retention against what you actually need, users who should have left, alert settings, door schedules and your licence position, and you get a written list of what to fix.
