Answer the door from wherever you actually are.
A video intercom on the same platform as the cameras and the doors, answered on a phone rather than on a handset nobody is sitting next to.
The handset problem, solved
Traditional intercoms assume somebody is at a desk. Reception is at lunch, the site manager is on the roof, and the delivery driver leaves. This one rings the people, not the room.
Answer anywhere
Calls ring on the phones of whoever is on the rota, wherever they are, and can be answered by more than one person.
- Mobile and desktop
- Ring groups and schedules
- Two-way audio and video
- Remote door release
Tied to the door it opens
The intercom and the access control are the same system, so releasing the door is a tap rather than a second app.
- One console with the doors
- Every call logged against the door
- Works with existing credentials
- Visitor passes issued in the same place
It is also a camera
Wide-angle video of everyone who presses it, recorded and searchable like any other camera on the estate.
- High-resolution door camera
- Recorded whether answered or not
- Searchable by person
- Clip shareable by link
How an install runs
Front doors are the fussiest thing on a site. They get their own survey.
Survey
Where it mounts, what the surround is, how the door releases today, whether there is power and a route, and who needs to answer.
Design
Mounting detail, the interface to the door hardware, the ring groups and the out-of-hours behaviour.
Install and commission
Mounted, wired, interfaced to the lock, and tested from the far side of the door with the people who will use it.
Handover
Rotas and schedules set up with you, and the app on the phones of everyone who needs it.
Three intercoms, one platform
All three ring the same phones, record the same way and release the same doors — the choice is the doorway itself. A TS12 audio-only unit covers noisy or no-camera locations.

TD33
Slim enough for a door mullion or a tight frame.

TD53
The full-size intercom — wide camera, serious speaker.

TD63
Adds a keypad, so the door takes PIN codes too.
One unit at the door, answered anywhere
A camera, a microphone, a speaker and a reader in one housing — and the call arriving wherever the person answering happens to be.

Blue-light towers and emergency call points
The same intercom that answers a front door can stand in a car park. A TD53 fitted with the emergency call kit puts a single red button, a camera and a speaker on a tower or a wall — and the call lands in Command with live video attached, so whoever answers can see the scene before they speak.
One press, seen and heard
Each help point pairs the TD53 emergency intercom with a multisensor camera overhead, so an activation brings up the caller and everything around them. Where there is no network or power to the spot, a cellular gateway and the solar options carry it.
Where they earn their keep: car parks and MSCPs, campuses and student accommodation, hospital grounds, transport interchanges, industrial estates.

What makes this different
It replaces a handset, not a person
The point is that the call reaches whoever is actually free, so deliveries and visitors stop being missed.
One system, not a third one
It sits with the cameras and the doors. No separate app, no separate login, no separate maintenance contract.
Made for the door it is on
Flush, surface or pedestal, with the surround made good. A neat installation on a front door matters more than most kit.
Out of hours behaves properly
Where a call should go at 7pm is a decision made at design, not something discovered on the first evening.
Common questions
Can it release the door?
Do visitors need an app?
Can it ring a normal phone?
What if nobody answers?
