Installation
How we install the TD63
We fit it at the door, wire the door release, and route calls to the right people: phones, browsers, a reception desk or your phone system. Then we test it from the street side.

What licence does the TD63 need?
One intercom licence per intercom. Answering on a phone or in a browser needs nothing extra; the Desk Station iPad app takes one licence per iPad. An optional tenant licence covers directory listings, per 10 tenants. All the licences in one Command organisation share one renewal date.
Can you add a TD63 to my existing Verkada system?
Yes. It joins your existing Command organisation, and its licence co-terms with the rest, so you still have one renewal date. We work on systems whoever installed them.
Do you just supply the TD63, or install it too?
Either. Most customers have us survey, supply and install, but we can supply for your own installer after checking the model and licence are right for the job.
