The challenge
A hotel where visitors, contractors and deliveries all arrive through the same front of house, and a paper book at reception gives no usable record of who is in the building.
What we did
Verkada Guest deployed as the visitor management system — sign-in handled on screen at reception, badges printed on arrival, and hosts notified automatically, with the whole thing sitting in the same platform as the rest of the security estate.
The outcome
A live, accurate record of who is on site — which matters for fire roll call as much as it does for security — and a check-in that looks like it belongs in the building.
