The challenge
Account Technologies, a technology and finance solutions provider, needed a complete Verkada security overhaul across two offices simultaneously — their flagship 10,000 sq ft Marble Arch headquarters and a secondary site in High Wycombe. The project had already been let down by a previous installer who failed to deliver, leaving them without a functioning system and up against a hard go-live deadline. Marble Arch presented serious installation challenges: a large, complex floorplate with difficult cable routes, awkward access points, and a live office that had to remain operational throughout.
What we did
SEG Core stepped in at short notice and took full ownership of the project. After a thorough site audit of both locations, our team planned a nine-day installation programme designed to minimise disruption while meeting the client's non-negotiable deadline. On go-live day Ricky was on site personally to oversee the launch, onboard all staff onto the Verkada platform and resolve any teething issues in real time.
The outcome
Both sites went live on time and without incident. Account Technologies gained a unified, cloud-managed security platform across their entire UK estate, with the ability to monitor both locations from a single dashboard.
