Installation
How we install the SV23
Sensors need a PoE network point. We place them where the readings are meaningful, set alert thresholds with you in Command, and check the results after the first week.

SV23 questions
What licence does the SV23 need?
One sensor licence (LIC-SV) per sensor. All the licences in one Command organisation share one renewal date.
Can you add a SV23 to my existing Verkada system?
Yes. It joins your existing Command organisation, and its licence co-terms with the rest, so you still have one renewal date. We work on systems whoever installed them.
Do you just supply the SV23, or install it too?
Either. Most customers have us survey, supply and install, but we can supply for your own installer after checking the model and licence are right for the job.
