Installation
How we install the GW31-E
We check the signal or Wi-Fi at the exact mounting point first, fit the gateway and antenna, power the connected devices from it, and test bandwidth from Command before we leave.

GW31-E questions
What licence does the GW31-E need?
One Wi-Fi gateway licence (LIC-GW) per gateway, in a 1, 3, 5 or 10-year term. All the licences in one Command organisation share one renewal date.
Can you add a GW31-E to my existing Verkada system?
Yes. It joins your existing Command organisation, and its licence co-terms with the rest, so you still have one renewal date. We work on systems whoever installed them.
Do you just supply the GW31-E, or install it too?
Either. Most customers have us survey, supply and install, but we can supply for your own installer after checking the model and licence are right for the job.
