Installation
How we install the CC500
We fit and network it, connect it to your Command organisation and set up the views, users and cameras you need. For a Command Connector we check every existing camera for compatibility before quoting.

CC500 questions
What licence does the CC500 need?
One Verkada camera licence for each third-party camera (channel) connected to it, in a 1, 3, 5 or 10-year term. All the licences in one Command organisation share one renewal date.
Can you add a CC500 to my existing Verkada system?
Yes. It joins your existing Command organisation, and its licence co-terms with the rest, so you still have one renewal date. We work on systems whoever installed them.
Do you just supply the CC500, or install it too?
Either. Most customers have us survey, supply and install, but we can supply for your own installer after checking the model and licence are right for the job.
