BZ11 questions
What licence does the BZ11 need?
None for live talk-down from Command on a computer or phone. An Alarms licence (LIC-BZ) is needed for monitoring-agent talk-down and automated recorded or text-to-speech messages. All the licences in one Command organisation share one renewal date.
Can you add a BZ11 to my existing Verkada system?
Yes. It joins your existing Command organisation, and its licence co-terms with the rest, so you still have one renewal date. We work on systems whoever installed them.
Do you just supply the BZ11, or install it too?
Either. Most customers have us survey, supply and install, but we can supply for your own installer after checking the model and licence are right for the job.
